The stay was awesome. Would definitely stay there again.
'The hotel was very close (maybe 1 min walk) from tram stop. The tram is very easy 20 min ride to central station. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside of hotel. The breakfast area was a bit tight but had lots of options and fresh fruit. The orange juice was wonderful!'

Very nice and tidy
'Staff was very friendly and open, room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Although not in the city center, there is a direct tram (Nr. 17) to the center. Tram station is just around the corner and tickets can be bought directly at the reception. So there is no problem at all.'

'The hotel’s very nice, clean and tidy. The staff’s friendly and attentive, so overall it was a really fun stay! I liked the snacks at the reception, I thought that’s a great idea. By tram (17) only 20 minutes downtown :)'

VERY GOOD VALUE
I stayed at this hotel for almost a week, the staff were always warm and friendly, asking how things were going, what adventures I got up to and if I needed any help. My room was lovely and clean. At reception you can buy your transport tickets which is super handy, they have great coffees as well at their all hours cafe (could come in handy if you are jet lagged like I was!). This hotel is abit away from the city centre (15 mins by tram), personally I think it is perfect!

Nice stay in Amsterdam despite the rain ,lots of things to see + The hotel is very well situated for visiting Amsterdam ,the free car park is just a few minutes walk away and the tram is close to the hotel for getting to the centre ,the hotel is very clean and the rooms are quiet ,the breakfast is copious and varied ,the decoration is original ,the staff are welcoming and friendly ,ready to help ,again thank you for the welcome ,in short I recommend the CITIEZ hotel for your stay in Amsterdam.

Just perfect
Great value for money; great concept, good designer rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, perfect location and connection to the city centre, extremely friendly staff, good vibe and free parking in public car park, really top notch!
